Excited to start secondary school with a new friend, Josh, Amy returns to her home in the forest only to be confronted with a puzzling empty bushland!
Why have all her forest friends disappeared?
No echidna, no wallabies or kangaroos and even more curious, no birds!!
With Jack's help, Amy and Josh embark on a journey to find out what's driven them away - full of twists and turns - and some danger.
The wedge-tailed eagle becomes the hero - saving Amy when she needs it most.
